COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content, images, designs, or materials you upload or use on your products do not violate the intellectual property rights of third parties. You agree not to include any copyrighted material, trademark, logo, or protected design unless you have obtained the necessary authorization or license from the rightful owner.
By placing an order on MyCustomBoxes.com™, you warrant that you hold all necessary rights, permissions, and authority to use the submitted materials and authorize MyCustomBoxes.com™ to produce the products on your behalf. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyCustomBoxes.com™ from any claims arising from unauthorized or infringing content.
CUSTOMER CONTENT
You are fully responsible for all content, designs, or data you upload to MyCustomBoxes.com™. You agree not to submit or transmit any unlawful, obscene, or offensive content, nor any material that violates the rights of others. MyCustomBoxes.com™ reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove content that violates these terms or may be deemed inappropriate.
By submitting content, you grant MyCustomBoxes.com™ a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, modify, reproduce, and display your designs for order processing and portfolio display purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
DESIGN FILES
MyCustomBoxes.com™ provides low-resolution design files (72 DPI) by default. For high-resolution editable files, please contact our support team at sales@mycustomboxes.ca for a custom quote.
CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED ARTWORK
All submitted artwork must be in CMYK format with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. MyCustomBoxes.com™ is not responsible for color differences due to RGB to CMYK conversions, or for pixelated, blurry, or distorted images resulting from low-quality submissions.
PROOFING AND MATCHING
Customers will receive final proofs and a specification sheet for review before printing. It is the customer’s responsibility to check all artwork, spelling, layout, and product details carefully. MyCustomBoxes.com™ is not liable for errors that were approved by the customer. Once approved, designs will be printed as is.
Screen proofs display design layout and text accuracy but do not represent color accuracy. For guaranteed color matching, a hardcopy proof may be ordered at an additional cost. Color appearance may vary slightly depending on materials and finishes such as lamination or coating.
MATERIALS
Please note that the materials used for custom packaging are not food-grade unless specifically requested and confirmed in writing prior to production. Customers requiring food-safe materials must notify MyCustomBoxes.com™ before placing an order.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for verifying and approving all design and print proofs. MyCustomBoxes.com™ will not be held liable for spelling mistakes, incorrect dimensions, font issues, color variations, or alignment errors that were approved by the customer.
COLOR ACCURACY
While MyCustomBoxes.com™ strives for color consistency, exact color matches cannot be guaranteed due to variations in printing technology, surface materials, and production processes. Colors are reproduced within 90% of the proof you approve.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and defend MyCustomBoxes.com™, its affiliates, officers, and employees against all claims, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or from materials you provide that infringe third-party rights.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Once an order has been approved and sent for production, it is final and cannot be canceled or refunded. Please ensure all order details and proofs are carefully reviewed before approval.
DESIGN ORDERS
Design service fees are non-refundable once the order has been successfully placed.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
As all orders are custom-made, all sales are final. Refunds are not available. However, if there is a verified error caused by MyCustomBoxes.com™, a replacement or discount on your next purchase will be offered.
REPRINT POLICY
Customers must report any defective, damaged, or missing products within 2 business days of delivery. To qualify for a reprint, at least 99% of the products must be returned (at customer’s expense) within 10 days. No replacements will be processed without prior written authorization.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We offer:
Standard Shipping (10-14 business days) — Free ground shipping within the U.S. and Canada (not guaranteed).
Priority Shipping (8 business days) — Guaranteed dispatch after proof approval.
Express Shipping (6 business days) — Guaranteed dispatch after proof approval.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, customs, or courier delays. MyCustomBoxes.com™ is not responsible for third-party shipping delays or errors.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
Inspect all packages upon delivery. If damage or missing items are found, notify MyCustomBoxes.com™ and the courier within 3 business days. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
A 5% underage or overage is acceptable within industry standards. If exact quantities are required, please order an additional 10%.
PRODUCTION VARIATIONS
Minor variations in color (±5%), quantity (±5%), or production timing (±20 business days for bulk orders) are considered normal in the printing and packaging industry.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
This website and all content are provided “as is,” without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. MyCustomBoxes.com™ does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall MyCustomBoxes.com™, its licensors, or employees be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from loss of data, profits, or use, arising from your access or use of this website or its products.
COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
By approving your design file, you confirm that you own or have permission to use all materials (text, graphics, images, and designs). You authorize MyCustomBoxes.com™ to proceed with production based on your approval. Changes requested after production begins may incur additional costs.
NO REFUND POLICY
Due to the custom nature of all products, refunds are not offered. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 3 days of receiving your order. Replacement requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.

New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
